By accessing and using Chaint ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
2. Description of Service
Chaint provides blockchain forensic analysis tools to detect cryptocurrency wallets potentially associated with malicious actors. The Service uses AI-powered behavioral pattern matching to analyze Ethereum wallet transactions.
3. User Accounts
To access the Service, you must:
- Authenticate via LinkedIn, X (Twitter), or GitHub
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your access credentials
- Be responsible for all activities under your account
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purposes
- Attempt to bypass rate limits or security measures
- Share your access token with others
- Scrape or automate requests to the Service
- Misrepresent analysis results
5. Analysis Limitations
The Service provides probabilistic analysis based on behavioral patterns. Results should be used as investigative leads, not definitive proof. We make no guarantees about the accuracy of predictions.
6. Usage Limits
Free tier users are limited to 5 wallet analyses per day. Limits reset at midnight UTC. Excessive usage may result in account suspension.
7. Data Collection
We collect:
- OAuth profile information (name, email, username)
- Wallet addresses you analyze
- Analysis results and timestamps
- Usage statistics

8. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Chaint and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
10. Limitation of Liability
Chaint shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
